On 17 October 2019, H.E. Raja Dato’ Reza Raja Zaib Shah, Ambassador of Malaysia to Ukraine made a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Sergiy Kyslytsya, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kyiv. Both had in-depth exchange of views on a broad range of bilateral and international issues of mutual interest. They also discussed the preparation for the upcoming Malaysia-Ukraine bilateral consultations to be held on 29 October 2019 in Putrajaya in which H.E. Sergiy Kyslytsya will be leading the Ukrainian delegation. The bilateral consultations is an important mechanism to promote and strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.
