Malaysians age 21 years and above can apply to be registered as new voters at the Embassy of Malaysia, Kiev during office hours 9.00am to 5.00 pm, Mondays to Fridays excluding Public Holidays.

Application to be registered as Absentee Voters can now be done at the Embassy of Malaysia, Kiev during office hours 9.00am to 5.00 pm, Mondays to Fridays excluding Public Holidays.
Registration of Malaysian Citizens in Ukraine
The programme to register Malaysian citizens who are in Ukraine is an ongoing exercise and a softcopy of the application is available upon request via email to malkiev@kln.gov.my.
