YB M. Kulasegaran, Minister of Human Resources of Malaysia undertook a working visit to Kyiv from 14 to 17 November 2018 to participate in the 40th Annual Forum of Parliamentarians for Global Action and 10th Consultative Assembly of Parliamentarians for the International Criminal Court and Rule of Law.
Besides that, YB M. Kulasegaran had the opportunity to visit the National Aviation University to learn from Ukraine’s experience in Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and exchange views on best practices.
YB M. Kulasegaran’s visit, which is the first ministerial visit from Malaysia to Ukraine in over three years, further builds on the momentum for strengthening bilateral cooperation between Malaysia and Ukraine.
