Consul General of Malaysia in Los Angeles, Mr. Nekmat Ismail and wife, Ramlah Hamid hosted a farewell lunch for Mrs. Nor Hayati Daud, Vice Consul, Education Malaysia Los Angeles at their residence in San Marino, California. Also present at the luncheon held on Sunday, 27 October 2013 were the Consulate General of Malaysia’s home-based staffs and locally recruited staffs and their family members. Several other guests including students also attended the farewell event.
Mrs. Nor Hayati has served at Education Malaysia Los Angeles for four years. The Consulate General of Malaysia in Los Angeles wishes her all the best as she takes up her new post in the Ministry of Education, Malaysia.
