7 February, Washington DC: The Malaysia-America Society held its 2020 Annual General Meeting at the Grand Hall of the Embassy of Malaysia. The Meeting was held to elect the new Board of Directors and to discuss programs the society will undertake for 2020. The event was attended by H.E. Dato’ Azmil Zabidi, and Mr. Mark Clark, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs as the guest-of-honor from the State Department. Representatives from the Malaysian Trade office, Agriculture office, Palm Oil Board and Rubber Export Promotion Council were also present.
