APPLICATION FOR LETTER OF GOOD CONDUCT

Step 1       :           Online registration

1)    Check in the website of Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (www.kln.gov.my)

2)    Click on e-Consular/Certificate of Good Conduct

3)    Log in: create your own passport if you are the first time user.

4)    Fill up all the required details. Download the photograph of the applicant with passport size for Malaysians (Applicant’s profile)

5)     Download the first page of the applicant’s for non-Malaysians only.

6)    Get the slip of acknowledgment ⁽¹⁾

7)    Get the approval letter ⁽²⁾

=>        Duration:        1 month

Step 2       :           Get the Letter of Good Conduct at the Embassy of Malaysia in Hanoi

Please submit the following documents :-

1)    The approval letter ⁽²⁾

2)    The slip of acknowledgement ⁽¹⁾

3)    The applicant’s profile

4)    Copy of passport and IC of the applicant

5)    Letter of authorization (if the applicant is unable to be present at the Embassy)

v  Fee: RM 20/ VND 140,000

v  Duration: 1 working day
