RAMMING INCIDENT IN MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wishes to confirm that there is no report so far on Malaysians affected by the incident occured in the Melbourne Central Business District on Thursday, 21 December 2017 at 4.40 P.M., where a driver in an SUV mowed down pedestrians at the corner of Flinders and Elizabeth Streets, one of Melbourne’s busiest intersections.
The Ministry through its Consulate General in Melbourne, is closely monitoring the development of the incident. Malaysians requiring consular assistance are advised to contact the Consulate General of Malaysia in Melbourne as follows:
