The Embassy of Malaysia in Harare joined the nationwide #MalaysiaMembaca initiative in support of the KOTA BACA 2026 programme in conjunction with World Book and Copyright Day in line with the National Reading Decade 2021-2030 and the aspirations of Malaysia MADANI. In addition to fostering a reading culture, the Embassy is leveraging this platform to promote the use of the Malay language and Bahasa Melayu classes for the Locally Recruited Staff. Through these initiative, the Embassy is strengthening cultural diplomacy through sharing languages.
