On 3 October 2018, H.E. Dato’ Mohd Zamruni Khalid hosted a dinner for the members of the MTCP Alumni Vietnam at the Hanoi Club Hotel. The purpose of the dinner was to have a dialogue session with the MTCP Alumni Vietnam. Besides the alumni members, there were representatives from Southeast Asia Desk, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) as well as Home Based Staff (HBS).
MTCP gathering is part of Malaysia’s effort to forge a strong global network, between the Malaysian government and participants from Vietnam. It is also a platform to create networking among Vietnamese officials who had attended the training in Malaysia. Thus far, around 1,400 participants from Vietnam had participated in the MTCP course.
