Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Centre for Instructor and Advanced Skill Training (CIAST) and MTCP undertook a fact finding mission to Vietnam from 18 to 21 January 2017. The purpose of the mission was to narrow down the scope of courses to be offered under the Third Country Training Programme (TCTP). During this mission, the delegation made a courtesy call on H.E. Ambassador Zamruni Khalid on 19 January 2017.
