H.E. Ambassador Mohd Zamruni Khalid presented his Letters of Credence to H.E. Truong Tan Sang, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on 26 March 2016 at the Presidential Palace, Hanoi.
In his brief remarks, the Ambassador conveyed the Yang Di-Pertuan Agong’s warmest felicitations and best wishes to the President and the people of Vietnam. The President highlighted the significance of the establishment of the strategic partnership between Vietnam and Malaysia in 2015, saying that it will contribute to the two countries’ bilateral relations and to regional development.
The Ambassador was accompanied to the Ceremony by Mr. Roslan Sharif (Deputy Chief of Mission), Colonel Mislan Anuar (Defense Attache), Mr. Ahmad ‘Afifi Hussain (First Secretary) and Ms. Vanitha Gopalakrishnan (Second Secretary).
