Chargé d´affaires Ahmad Shazril Suhaimi attended a briefing session at the Argentine Football Association (AFA) in Ezeiza, Buenos Aires. The briefing session was held to introduce the Argentine Football Association-Football Technology Institute (AFA-FTI), established to promote Argentine football techniques and to train new generation of footballers using advance technology. The technology optimizes football training methods and produce accurate assessment on the performance of the players.
After the opening remarks by Mr. Claudio Tapia, President of AFA, Mr. Guillermo Tofoni, CEO of AFA-FTI briefly explained about the model, scope and the link between methodologies of Argentine football training technique with the technology used. AFA-FTI then presented a live demonstration of an apps used to capture data of a player performing football skills such as juggling, dribbling and passing.
El Encargado de Negocios a.i., Ahmad Shazril Suhaimi, participó de un encuentro informativo en el predio de la Asociación de Fútbol Argentino (AFA) en Ezeiza. El motivo del evento era presentar el AFA – FTI, Football Technology Institute, creado para difundir las técnicas de fútbol argentinas y entrenar a las nuevas generaciones usando la última tecnología. Esta tecnología optimiza los métodos de entrenamiento y hace un seguimiento personalizado de cada uno de los jugadores.
Luego de las palabras de apertura del Presidente de AFA, Claudio Tapia, el CEO de AFA-FTI, Guillermo Tofoni, explicó brevemente de qué se trata el proyecto y la relación entre las técnicas de fútbol argentino y la tecnología utilizada. Luego hubo una demostración en vivo de cómo funciona la app para hacer un seguimiento de un jugador de fútbol mientras hace pases y jueguitos con la pelota.
