VISA REQUIREMENT FOR CITIZENS OF AZERBAIJAN TRAVELLING TO MALAYSIA

 

Citizens of Azerbaijan do not require a visa to visit Malaysia for business or social purposes. Their stay in Malaysia must not exceed 30 days.

 

However, they must complete the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC), an online pre-arrival form that can be filled out up to three days before the scheduled arrival in Malaysia.

 

Travellers are required to present both a valid passport and a completed MDAC to border officers for validation before proceeding through the immigration counter. Travellers from Azerbaijan are also eligible for autogate entry at Malaysian airports for immigration clearance.

Citizens of Georgia do not require a visa to visit Malaysia for business or social purposes. Their stay in Malaysia must not exceed 30 days.

 

However, they must complete the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC), an online pre-arrival form that can be filled out up to three days before the scheduled arrival in Malaysia.

APPLICATION FOR VISA TO ENTER MALAYSIA

 

Application for visa can be made two (2) weeks prior to departure at the Embassy of Malaysia in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan.

 

Please come to the Embassy, along with passports and the following documents:

 

  1. Photograph (sized 3.5x5)                                                   2 pieces

  2. Return flight ticket / itinerary                                               2 copies

  3. Approval/VDR/Invitation Letter                                           2 copies

  4. Passport of the Republic of Georgia                                  2 copies

  5. Passport & ID of the Republic of Azerbaijan                      2 copies

  6. Completed and signed Visa Application form                     2 copies

  7. Bank statement (last 3 months)                                         2 copies                                                            

 

The fee for each application is 10AZN.

 

Applicant’s original passport must have at least six months’ validity and the copy of the passport must include particularly first page.

 

The processing time is three (3) - five (5) business days after the date of submission.
