Client Charter

We, Officers and Staff of the Embassy of Malaysia in Brussels, Belgium,
 
• undertake to defend Malaysia’s sovereignty and integrity in Belgium and Luxembourg;
 
• will endeavour to maintain and promote bilateral relations between Malaysia, Belgium, Luxembourg and the European Union in all aspects particularly in the areas of trade and economic to achieve Shared Prosperity Vision 2030 (SPV2030);
 
• undertake to provide prompt and comprehensive reports and feedback on developments in Belgium, Luxembourg and within the European Union, especially on matters that may have implications for Malaysia;
 
• undertake all necessary and appropriate actions as required by the Government, Parliament, Ministries and other Government agencies;
 
• undertake to protect the safety and interests of all Malaysian citizens in Belgium and Luxembourg and to extend to them relief and assistance during emergencies; and
 
• undertake to provide excellent services, assistance and cooperation to clients.
