H.E. Ambassador, Dato' Zainuddin Yahya addressed all HBS and LRS during the Innovation Day held at the Chancery Hall, Embassy of Malaysia, Brussels, Belgium. In his speech, the Ambassador stated that in conjunction with the Innovation Day of Wisma Putra, he urged all staff to foster a conducive working environment to stimulate creativity and innovation towards further improving overall work's performance. He also inspired all staff to review the outdated process and simplify operation in order to streamline relevant procedure and provide prompt service to the stakeholders.
The Innovation Day's programme was packed with various segment of practical tutorial and guide encompassing topics of innovation, 5S and 5S in the office. Clips from Malaysia inventor, Bugs Tan were also aired during the session. The event was aimed to highlight practical ways and means to implementing 5S and introducing innovation in the daily process and working environment. Future phase including competition among staff for the most practical innovation will also be explored.
