The meeting took place in EU Berlaymont Building, Brussels from 17-19 April 2012. The Malaysian delegates were lead by Y. Bhg. Dato' Lim Kim Eng, Under Secretary of Europe Division, Ministry of Foreign Affair. The 5th round negotiation was concluded with encouraging progress with a number of articles have been agreed upon. with a few other Articles which need to be discussed further. In honour of the delegation, H.E. Ambassador Dato' Zainuddin Yahya hosted dinner reception at the Chancery.
