ABC AMBASSADORS - MEETING WITH H.E. MR. JEAN ASSELBORN,
DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER / MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS
OF LUXEMBOURG

The ASEAN Brussels Committee (ABC) met with H.E. Mr. Jean Asselborn, the Deputy Prime Minister / Minister of Foreign Affairs, at Castle Sanningen in Luxembourg on 8 October 2009. Led by H.E. Dato? Hussein Haniff as the Chairman of the ABC, the ABC delegation had the opportunity to meet with Minister Asselborn, for the second year in a row. The last meeting was held in May 2008.
2. The meeting was held in a working lunch format hosted by Minister Asselborn. Both sides had an informal yet substantive discussion on wide range of issues particularly the latest developments in EU, ASEAN, ASEAN-Luxembourg relations as well as other major current international and regional issues.
