European Seafood Exhibition 2011

The annual European Seafood Exhibition was held in Brussels on 3-5 May 2011. Eight Malaysian companies, namely Trapia Malaysia Sdn Bhd, SBH Marine Industries Sdn Bhd, QL Foods Sdn Bhd, Kami Food Services Sdn Bhd, Golden Fresh Sdn Bhd, Butterworth Ice Works Sdn Bhd, Blue Archipelago Bhd, Sea Naster Trading Co. Sdn Bhd and Axis Innovations Sdn Bhd,  participated in the event, coordinated by the Department of Fisheries, Ministry of Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry Malaysia and assisted by Lembaga Kemajuan Ikan Malaysia (Fisheries Development Authority of Malaysia) and Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority Malaysia (FAMA). Malaysian companies were mostly frozen seafood exporters and most have established cooperation with major European companies.
