10 hours later from home, the Syawal celebration in Brussels was just as festive as in Malaysia.
On 6 July 2016, the Embassy of Malaysia in Brussels hosted its Raya Celebration for more than 150 Malaysians including students and professionals along with their families living in Belgium. The day began with Aidilfitri prayers and ended on a delicious and joyous note.
The theme Jalinan Mesra Aidilfitri, was truly fitting for celebration that was a homely gathering for friends and family away from home.
The festive celebration was also featured in the prime time slot of NTV7 and well as TV 3's Nightline.
