Malaysian Association of Belgium and Luxembourg (MABL) (www.mymabl.com) had organised a Hari Raya Aidilfitri High-Tea on 17 September 2011 for its members at the Embassy. This annual event was attended by eighty Malaysian citizens and MABL members which include foreigners. The guests were served with nasi himpit, rendang, kuah kacang, sate ayam, kuah lodeh and numerous cakes and cookies.
During the event, the Embassy provided an update to fellow Malaysians regarding the requirements of being an absent voter while living abroad.
