On 20 July 2011, a delegation of 24 cub scouts, 8 teachers, 10 parents and an official of the Ministry of Education Malaysia made a stop at the Embassy of Malaysia before continuing their journey to Copenhagen, Denmark to participate in the International Cub Scout and subsequently in the World Jamboree for the Symphony of Jungle Voice in Sweden. The delegation was led by Ms. Serimashayu binti Abdul Majid, Senior Assistant Headmaster of TTDI (1) Primary School.
A high-tea was hosted by the Embassy and was also attended by the officers and staffs of the Embassy and their family. During the event, Ms. Rafiqa Hazura Md. Ridzuan, First Secretary (Economic Affairs and Information) made a presentation on the background of the Embassy and later the cub scouts who will be representing Malaysia at the World Jamboree, gave an amazing percussion performance using plastic bottles, bins and shakers that was fully enjoyed by those present.
