Mr. Faruk Jabucar, Director of Camil Sijaric School (*Sekolah Malaysia) called on H.E. Mr. Zulkifli Adnan, Ambassador of Malaysia on 24 March 2009 at the Embassy. The main purpose is to invite the Ambassador to provide the keynote address to the students of the school during its Manifestation (School) Day on 15 April 2009. The theme for the day is ?We are the Children of the Future?. Some 200 guests are expected to be present and include ministers and senior officials from the State, Federation and municipality level.
The Manifestation Day will be covered by BH national TV. In addition, the programme for the day includes welcoming remarks by the Director, as well as cultural performances performed by the students. A special school bulletin marking the Manifestation Day will be published.
In 1996, the Ministry of Education Malaysia undertook a noble project by collecting donations from teachers and students across Malaysia to help the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BH) after the war. The donation was channeled to the Camil Sijaric School Sarajevo for the reconstruction of the school?s building and facilities. The school, named after Camil Sijaric, a famous poet of BH (1913-1989), is currently operating with 36 teachers and 675 students. The school is also known as Sekolah Malaysia in BH. The school was officially reopened by YAB Dato? Sri Najib Tun Razak, the then Minister of Education Malaysia on 29 October 1997.
Due to the special relationship with the Camil Sijaric School, the Embassy had worked closely with the school on various activities such as launching of Camil Sijaric Badminton Club on 30 April 2008, Ramadhan activities and other social cultural programmes.

?SEKOLAH MALEZIJA? U SARAJEVU PRIGODNIM OBRACANJEM
Gos. Faruk Jabucar, Direktor Osnovne skole ?Camil Sijaric? (Sekolah Malaysia) posjetio je ambasadora Malezije Nj.E. Gos. Zulkifli Adnan-a 24 marta, 2009 godine. Ovu priliku je direktor iskoristio kako bi pozvao ambasadora da se obrati prigodnim uvodom na manifestaciji Dan skole koja ce se organizovati 15 aprila, 2009 godine. Tema proslave je ?Mi smo djeca buducnosti?. Oko 200 gostiju se ocekuje da ce prisustvovati manifestaciji medju kojima su ministri kao i visi predstavnici drzavnog, federalnog i opcinskog nivoa vlasti.
Ovu manifestaciju ce pratiti i BH televizija, a sam program ce otvoriti direktor skole prigodnim obracanjem i performansom djece. Povodom ove manifestacije i posebno izdanje skolskog magazina ce biti objavljeno.

Donacija je usmjerena kroz obnovu Camil Sijaric skole kako objekta tako i unutrasnjih potrebstina. Skola je dobila ime po poznatom BH pjesniku, Camilu Sijaricu (1913-1989) a skola trenutno radi sa 36 nastavnika i 675 ucenika. Skola koja je poznato jos i po nazivu Sekolah Malaysia u BiH je ponovo otvorena od strane YAB Dato? Sri Najib Tun Razak, tadasnji Ministar obrazovanja Malezije, 29 oktobar, 1997 godine.
Zbog bliskih odnosa skole Camil Sijaric i ambasade, ove dvije institucije su pokrenule i niz aktivnosti medju kojima su i Badminton klub, 30 april, 2008 godine, aktivnosti tokom mjeseca Ramazana i drugi drustveni programi.
*Sekolah Malezija je proglasena najboljom osnovnom skolom u Federaciji BiH za 2008 godinu zbog izvrsnih rezultata.
