Malaysian Agong Visits State Mufti's Office

Bandar Seri Begawan - Seri Paduka Baginda Yang Di-Pertuan Agong AlWathiqu Billah Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Mahmud AI-Muktafi Billah Shah Yang Di-Pertuan Agong Malaysia XIII and Seri Paduka Baginda Raja Permaisuri Agong Tuanku Nur Zahirah yesterday paid a visit to Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Islamic Exhibition Gallery located at the State Mufti's Office.
The Yang Di-Pertuan Agong and Raja Permaisuri Agong were accompanied by HRH Princess Hajah Masna and YAM Pengiran Lela Chetria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Aziz and Minister in Attendance and spouse.
Upon their arrival, the Malaysian royalty were greeted by Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz bin Juned, Brunei Darussalam's State Mufti, as well as Deputy Mufti, State Mufti's Office Director of Administration and senior officers at the State Mufti's Office.
Prior to the tour, a briefing on the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Islamic Exhibition Gallery was delivered by the Director of Administration.
During the tour, Yang Di-Pertuan Agong and Raja Permaisuri Agong took a closer look at-Islamic artifacts, walking stick and Tasbih Gallery, Kitab Manuscript Gallery and al-Quran verses on marbles.
Yang Di-Pertuan Agong and Raja Permaisuri Agong also signed the visitor's book.
The visit also saw a presentation of souvenirs to the Yang Di-Pertuan Agong by the State Mufti.
