This evening, Rumah Malaysia was honoured to welcome 65 guests, including Deputy Mayor Sean Devine, for “A Night of Music and Entertainment”, a special event held in collaboration with the Friends of the National Arts Centre Orchestra. The evening celebrated the power of music in fostering friendship and cross-cultural understanding.
In her welcoming remarks, Her Excellency Dr Shazelina spoke of how music transcends borders, serving as a universal language that unites people and promotes peace. She also highlighted Malaysia’s vibrant cultural scene, with a nod to the upcoming Rainforest World Music Festival in 2026 and the Visit Malaysia 2026 campaign.
The event was a warm and meaningful celebration of artistic collaboration and cultural diplomacy.
