On 14 December 2023, Deputy Minister of International Trade of Canada, HE Rob Stewart hosted a farewell luncheon in honour of HE Datin Paduka Siti Hajjar Adnin.
HE Stewart expressed his appreciation of HE Datin Paduka's dedication, commitment and support in fostering Malaysia-Canada bilateral ties.
He underlined his hope for greater business and commercial cooperation between Malaysia and Canada. Both of them agreed that 2024 will be a significant year for Malaysia and Canada in light of forthcoming visits and trade missions.
