17/10: The CGM, together with the ASEAN Consuls General and Acting Consuls General, as well as the Consuls General of Korea, the Acting Consul General of Japan, and the Honorary Consul of Singapore, had the honour of meeting with the Premier of British Columbia, the Honourable David Eby; the Minister of Finance, the Honourable Brenda Bailey; and the Minister of Jobs and Economic Development, the Honourable Ravi Kahlon.
The discussion focused, among other topics, on strengthening ties between British Columbia and ASEAN countries, particularly in the areas of trade, investment, and people-to-people connectivity. The exchange reflected our shared optimism and commitment to further deepening Malaysia–British Columbia relations across various sectors of cooperation.
