On 17 February 2019, Consulate General attended a Chinese New Year dinner hosted by MABC. More than 300 Malaysians living in British Columbia and friends gathered for the occasion.
Consul General extended his New Year greeting to all guests and thanked MABC for its role as a platform for Malaysians in British Columbia to gather as a community in nurturing relationships among the members.
