On 23 October 2018, Dr. Tuti Wahyuningsih Irman, Consul General of Indonesia handed over the Chairmanship of the ASEAN Consuls General in Vancouver (ACGV) to Consul General of Malaysia, Mr. Shamsul Nizam Shamsuddin.
The Handing-Over Ceremony was witnessed by Consuls General and representatives of the ACGV, namely from the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
