On 22 June 2019, the Consulate General of Malaysia in Vancouver, with the support of PERWAKILAN Vancouver organised a Hari Raya Aidil Fitri Reception at Rumah Malaysia. More than 150 guests including local government officials, ASEAN Consuls General, Malaysian professionals and students residing in British Columbia as well as home-based staff along with their family members had attended the event. They were served a selection of Malaysian food that included lemang, ketupat, nasi minyak, rendang and mee rebus as well as Malay kueh and local fruits. We sincerely appreciate the hard work contributed by the students and Malaysians in Vancouver in preparing for this auspicious event.
