The Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei Cultural Association (MSBCA) organised a Chinese New Year Dinner 2019 at Continental Seafood Restaurant, Richmond, British Columbia on 9 February 2019.
Consul General delivered remarks thanking the association for their contributions in 2018. The event was attended by more than 350 MSBCA members together with their families.
