On 17 June 2018, the Consulate General of Malaysia in Vancouver, with the support of PERWAKILAN Vancouver organised a Hari Raya Aidil Fitri Reception at Rumah Malaysia.
The modest yet cheerful celebration was attended by over 150 guests including consular corps, local government officials, Malaysians, friends of Malaysia and families of the staff of the Consulate General.
Various Malaysian and authentic food, including traditional delicacies such as rendang daging, nasi impit, kuah kacang, nasi beriani, ayam masak merah and soto were served to the guests.
We sincerely appreciate the hard work and contributed by the students and Malaysians in Vancouver in preparing for this auspicious event.
