On 29 October 2019, the Consul General of Malaysia had a meeting with Mr. Paul Irwin and Mr. William Hoyle of the Ministry of Jobs, Trade and Technology, British Columbia (B.C.). The meeting was centered on future prospects of trade and economic cooperation between Malaysia and B.C., including ways to increase the volume of imports and exports.
