On 2 November 2021, the Consul General of Malaysia met with Mr. William Hoyle and Ms. Janet Cho of the Ministry of Jobs, Economic Development and Competitiveness, British Columbia. As part of their discussion, they addressed trade and economic cooperation between Malaysia and British Columbia.
The Consul General updated them on the current state of Malaysia’s economy, initiatives that Malaysia has implemented, and challenges Malaysia faces in combating the COVID-19 pandemic.
