Meeting with Mr. Calvin Chong, Banana Leaf

On 14 May 2019, Consul General met with Mr. Calvin Chong, owner of Banana Leaf Restaurant. Currently he owns five (5) restaurants in Vancouver with authentic Malaysian dishes such as roti canai, satay and rendang. The meeting provided Mr. Calvin Chong the opportunity to share his 20 years experience in the restaurant business. The meeting was also attended by President of the Malaysia Canada Business Council (MCBC) – British Columbia, Mr. Boo Jock Chong.
