Malaysians in Vancouver celebrated the 62nd National Day gathering on Saturday, 31 August 2019 at Queen’s Park, New Westminister. The small yet colourful event was attended by Malaysians together with their families living in Vancouver. In his speech, Consul General Shamsul Nizam Shamsuddin thanked the Malaysian Association of British Columbia (MABC) for organising the event. As always there was a whole range of famous Malaysian food such as nasi lemak, satay and cendol prepared by the committee members.
