5-7/6: CGM was pleased to receive and assist the Sarawak delegation, led by The Hon. Datuk Amar Tengah Ali Hassin, Deputy Premier of Sarawak and Minister of Natural Resources & Urban Planning and Minister for International Trade, Industry, and Investment of Sarawak, during their visit to Vancouver and Victoria.
The visit focused on the mining industry and explored potential collaborations between Sarawak and British Columbia. Datuk Amar and his delegation had fruitful discussions with the Ministry of Energy, Mines & Low Carbon Innovation BC, the Bradshaw Research Institute for Minerals and Mining (BRIMM) at the University of British Columbia (UBC), the Mining Association of BC, and Matrix Marble & Stone.
