On 11 September 2021, the Consul General and his wife attended a Welcome Back BBQ organised by the Seri Malaysia Club (SMC), University of British Columbia (UBC), Vancouver. Shared delicious Malaysian and local dishes, enjoyable communication together with games were the reasons which contributed to the delightful day. The gathering was an occasion for the students to engage with the Consulate and discussed issues related to them. The Consul General thanked SMC for the assistance in helping new students to get accustomed to living abroad and away from Malaysia.
