YB Datuk Seri Dr. S. Subramaniam, Minister of Health of Malaysia led the Malaysian delegation to the 70th World Health Assembly (WHA) held in Geneva from 22 to 31 May 2017.
During the 70th WHA, YB Minister of Health delivered a statement at the Plenary Meeting. YB Minister of Health also participated in the election of the new Director General of WHO which saw Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus of Ethiopia elected to the post.
