The Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of Malaysia in Santiago visited the Faculty of Engineering at Universidad de O’Higgins (UOH), where he received a comprehensive briefing on the university’s initiatives in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
During the visit, the faculty showcased their cutting-edge work in drone technology, robotics, and the application of artificial intelligence in agriculture. The Embassy expressed strong interest in exploring potential linkages between UOH and relevant institutions in Malaysia, with the aim of fostering collaboration in TVET, innovation, and applied research.
The visit marks a positive step toward strengthening academic and technological cooperation between Malaysia and Chile.
