Monday, 28 October 2019 - The Hon. Frank CHAN Fan, Secretary for Transport and Housing received a courtesy call from Consul-General Yap Wei Sin in the afternoon at his office. Malaysia & Hong Kong cooperate closely in various fields, including on matters related to the Secretary's portfolio. Both sides have an Agreement on Open-Capacity Arrangement on Air Services which allows both sides' airlines to operate as many passenger and cargo services between Hong Kong and Malaysia.
