On 6 August 2023, the Consulate General of Malaysia in Hong Kong was delighted to welcome our friends from the ASEAN Consular Corps at the official opening of the Malaysian Durian Festival 2023 at Hotel ICON. The Consulate General and its two agencies - MATRADE Hong Kong and Tourism Malaysia Hong Kong; as well as the MAHK Malaysian Association of Hong Kong and Malaysia Airlines are supporting the festival, which is in its fifth annual edition.
Congratulations to Hotel ICON, particularly Executive Chef Durian Prince Ho, Chef Kelvin Lee, Chef Raymond Fung, and team on the festival’s success.
