On 27 August 2024, Consul General Mr. Phadil Ismail participated in the Briefing on the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, at Nanhu Mingdu Lakeside Hotel, in Nanning. The briefing was hosted by the Foreign Affairs Office of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
During the meeting, Ms. Hau Eng Huan, Malaysian visiting scholar under the “Outstanding ASEAN Young Scientists Working in Guangxi” Program from Guangxi Buffalo Research Institute shared her experience of collaboration and exchanges in husbandry with Guangxi.
The briefing introduced China’s major measures to further deepen reform comprehensively in pursuit of advancing Chinese modernization that rolled out at the plenary session, which has drawn a new blueprint for China's economic and social development.
Over 130 guests, including diplomats from ASEAN missions in Nanning, foreign experts, international students and business representatives, attended the event.
