Consul General Mr. Azlimi Zakaria attended a promotional event for investment and trade cooperation in ASEAN countries on 21 July 2021 in Nanning. The event was hosted by Nanning Foreign Affairs Office in efforts to provide a platform for ASEAN member countries to promote their investment and trade opportunities for Chinese companies and help them explore markets outside of China.
Mr. Muhammad Sawaddee, Investment Consul of Consulate General of Malaysia in Guangzhou and Director of MIDA Guangzhou Office gave a video presentation on behalf of Malaysia on the country’s business environment, opportunities and relevant policies.
Also present at the event were Mr. Wang Qun, Vice Mayor of Nanning City and Consuls General of Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam.
