On 25 May 2023, Consul General Mr. Ahmad Phadil Ismail attended a group courtesy meeting with H.E. Li Bingjun, Governor of Guizhou Government in Guiyang - capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
During the meeting, the Governor extended his welcome to all the guests participating in the Big Data Expo 2023, and gave a brief introduction on Guizhou province. He further briefed the guests on the major achievements made by Guizhou in the past years. Taking this opportunity, he then encouraged the guests to facilitate the province’s opening-up cooperation in digital economy and other sectors, and pursue a common development.
Also present during the meeting were former Croatian Deputy Prime Minister and former Croatian Ambassador to China Mr. Ante Simonic, and diplomats of consular missions of Poland, Singapore, Pakistan, Germany, UK, and South Korea in China.
