On 10 November 2023, Consul General Mr. Ahmad Phadil Ismail attended the closing ceremony of the 7th Belt and Road Teenager Maker Camp and Teacher Workshop, at Nanning No.14 Middle School Santang Campus.
During the event, Malaysian participants were presented with Best Maker Award, Best Presentation Award, and Best Teamwork Award.
The goal of the Maker Camp is to deepen youth’s exchanges among China and the countries along the Belt and Road, and to inspire youths of these countries through practical exercises in sciences and technology.
The event was co-hosted by China Association for Science and Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology of China, People’s Government of Guangxi and Chongqing Municipal People’s Government.
