In the afternoon of 19 March 2024, Consul General Mr. Ahmad Phadil Ismail met with Ms. Yang Yanyan, Chairperson of CCPIT Guangxi Committee and Secretary-General of China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (CABIS) Secretariat at the latter’s office.
The Consul General expressed his appreciation to Chairperson Yang for the agency’s support on Malaysia’s Promotion Event in Nanning. Both sides also exchanged views on the preparations for the 21st CABIS.
During the visit, the Consul General was also briefed on the history and milestones of CCPIT Guangxi Committee at the latter’s showroom. Also in attendance were Mr. Safwan Nizar Johari, Acting Investment Consul of Malaysia in Guangzhou.
