On 23 February 2023, Consul General Mr. Ahmad Phadil Ismail met with Ms. Yang Yanyan, Chairperson of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Guangxi Committee, as well as the Secretary General of China-ASEAN Business & Investment Summit (CABIS).
During the meeting, the Consul General was briefed on the functions of CCPIT Guangxi Committee and its forthcoming activities in 2023. Both sides also had fruitful discussions on potential collaboration in the areas of trade and investment between Malaysia and Guangxi.
