On 14 January 2025, Consul General Mr. Ahmad Phadil Ismail conducted a site visit to Guangxi Zong Lan Cable Group, a leading local wire and cable company, to explore potential collaboration opportunities between the company and Malaysia.
During the meeting, the Consul General was briefed by the Deputy General Manager Mr. Chen Siyuan on the company’s profile, major products and business network. In response, the Consul General welcomed more investment from Guangxi and offered valuable insights on foreign investment access. He further outlined the competitive strengths and development objectives of the key states in Malaysia. Both sides also discussed ways for collaboration in this critical industry and green energy.
