On 14 April 2026, Consul General Mr. Ahmad Phadil Ismail received a courtesy call from Mr. Sakeson Sarobol, the new Consul General of the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Nanning, at the Chancery.
During the call, the Consul General congratulated Mr. Sarobol on his assumption of duty. Both sides discussed the robust and enduring partnership between Malaysia and Thailand, as well as key developments and initiatives in Guangxi. They also reaffirmed commitment to strengthening the engagements ahead.
