On 10 September 2021, H.E. Raja Dato’ Nushirwan Zainal Abidin attended the China-ASEAN Production Capacity and Investment Cooperation Forum and has been invited to deliver a keynote speech.
H.E. Ambassador further stated, under the current circumstances, it would be crucial to deepen the cooperation in the fields of production capacity and investment. Suggestions and proposals for the recovery and stabilization of economy while facing the challenge of COVID-19 were also included in H.E. Ambassador’s speech.
During the event, H.E. Ambassador exchanged insights with Mr Ning Jizhe, Deputy Director General of the National Development and Reform Commission of China and Mr Qin Rupei, Vice Governor of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
